What’s good
Smooth curved OLED
The 6.7-inch OLED display combines a sharp 1080x2412 resolution with a fluid 120 Hz refresh rate. Its 950-nit peak brightness also helps with outdoor viewing.
Strong everyday performance
It scores about 605,000 on AnTuTu, making multitasking and casual gaming feel quick for the price. The 8 GB RAM, UFS 3.1 storage and 5G support strengthen the experience.
Stabilized main camera
The 50 MP main camera combines autofocus, f/1.8 optics and OIS for steadier photos and video. It can record 4K at 30 fps, while the 8 MP ultra-wide camera captures broader scenes.
Fast practical charging
The 5000 mAh battery supports fast 45 W charging and reaches 50% in around 30 minutes. A 20% to 100% charge takes about 52 minutes.
Useful design extras
IP65 protection provides reassurance against dust and splashes. Stereo speakers, an on-screen fingerprint reader and a manageable 184-gram body add everyday convenience.
What’s not
Only moderate endurance
Its tested battery life of 12 hours 24 minutes is adequate rather than exceptional. The fast charging partly offsets the need for more frequent top-ups.
Limited storage flexibility
There is no microSD expansion, so buyers should choose the 256 GB version if they keep many games, videos or offline files. Wired headphones also require a USB Type-C adapter.
No NFC support
The phone cannot handle NFC-based tap functions. Buyers who regularly use compatible contactless services may find that inconvenient.

22I wanted to share a working fix for anyone using a BSNL SIM on a Realme P1 Pro 5G (or similar devices) who can't get Wi‑Fi calling to turn on. Wi‑Fi Calling Provisioned" toggle was greyed out. I couldn't flip it ON because the phone's software basically disables it for BSNL by default.

2Is anyone else experiencing overheating issues with the Realme P1 Pro 5G? I love the phone's design and features, but it gets noticeably warm during heavy gaming sessions. Wondering if this is a common problem with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 or if I should get mine checked out.
