You can delete your ZuPick account and everything attached to it at any time, from this page or from the app. It cannot be undone, and we do not keep a copy.
Sign in with the same Google account you use for ZuPick, and the button below does it immediately. You will be asked to confirm, and asked for your Google password again — that second step is Google's, and it is there so a borrowed laptop cannot delete your account.
Checking whether you are signed in…
If you cannot sign in — a lost Google account, a phone you no longer have — write to support@zupick.app with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you signed in with. We delete the account and everything in the list below, and reply to confirm when it is done. We do this within 30 days, and usually within a few days.
| What | Detail |
|---|---|
| Your sign-in | The ZuPick account itself, and the link to the Google account you signed in with. |
| Your Ask ZuPick AI conversations | Every saved conversation and its messages. |

| Your notification settings | The notification token for every device you turned alerts on for. |
| Your feedback on chat answers | The helpful / not-helpful marks you left on AI answers. |
All of it goes at once, immediately, and none of it is recoverable afterwards. If you want a copy of anything first, ask us before you delete.
The text of questions asked of Ask ZuPick AI. These are stored with no identifier attached — no account, no device, no network address — so that we can read “somebody asked this and we answered badly” without being able to tell who. There is no key to find yours by, which is exactly why they are stored that way. Your saved conversations, which are linked to your account, are deleted.
Anonymous usage measurements. Counts of pages opened and buttons clicked, held by Google Analytics and not linked to your name or email address.
Anything Amazon or Flipkart holds. If you bought a phone, that order is theirs, not ours — we never see it. Deleting your ZuPick account does not touch it, and you would ask them directly.
Deleting your ZuPick account does not delete your Google account. It only removes ZuPick's record of it and ZuPick's access.
The ZuPick app has the same thing under Profile → Delete account, and it deletes exactly what this page does.
What we hold in the first place, and for how long, is in our privacy policy. Questions about your data go to support@zupick.app.
