ZuPick is a phone price-comparison site run by Fanmart Media Private Limited. You can read every page here, and compare every price, without an account and without telling us anything about yourself. This policy is what happens when you do give us something.

You can browse without an account. Signing in is optional and only with Google, which gives us your name, email address and profile photo.
Questions you type into Ask ZuPick AI are sent to an AI model to be answered. Do not type anything into it you would not want sent to a third party.
We never sell your data, and we do not run advertising.
You can have your account and everything attached to it deleted — see delete your account.

We do not ask for your phone number, your address, your date of birth or any payment details, because we never take a payment — you buy from Amazon or Flipkart, and what you tell them is between you and them.
When you ask Ask ZuPick AI a question, the question is sent from our servers to a third-party AI model — currently OpenAI, and Google Vertex AI where we have it switched on — along with the phone data from our own catalogue needed to answer it. The answer comes back to you. Your name and email address are not sent with the question.
We also keep the text of the question for our own improvement work, stored without any identifier attached: no account, no device, no network address. That means we can read “somebody asked for the best camera phone under ₹30,000 and we gave a bad answer”, and we cannot tell that it was you.
If you are signed in, your conversations are additionally saved against your account so you can reopen them. Those are deleted when you delete your account.
Please do not type personal information into it. It is a phone-shopping assistant, it has no reason to know anything about you, and the question leaves our servers.

That is the complete list. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not run advertising networks on this site.
We use browser storage to keep you signed in, to remember small preferences such as a filter you picked, and for Google Analytics' own measurement cookies. There is no advertising cookie on this site. Blocking cookies does not stop you reading the site; it will stop you staying signed in.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and equivalent rules elsewhere, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw a consent you gave.
Deleting is the quickest one: use delete your account. For anything else, write to the address below and tell us which of those you want. We will answer within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
ZuPick is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly keep an account for one. If you believe a child has signed in, write to us and we will delete the account.

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change means we start doing something materially different with your data, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
