These terms cover the ZuPick website and the ZuPick app, both operated by Fanmart Media Private Limited. Using either means you accept them.

ZuPick rates phones sold in India and compares what Amazon and Flipkart charge for them. We do not sell anything, take payments, hold stock, or ship anything. Every purchase is a contract between you and the shop you buy from.
Prices, availability and product details come from Amazon's Product Advertising API and from Flipkart's public listing pages, and from specification sources we assemble per phone. They change without telling us. The shop's own page is always the authority on price and stock — check it before you buy, which is why every buy button takes you there.
A phone's five scores, its overall out of five and its one-word verdict are our editorial judgement, produced by the method set out on how we rate. They are computed from specifications and prices, not from laboratory testing, and they are not a statement of fact about a phone's quality. Reasonable people will disagree with some of them.
Summaries, pros and cons, owner-sentiment lines and chat answers are generated with AI from that same data. They can be wrong. The disclaimer goes into this, and the short version is: verify anything that matters to your decision on the shop's page or the manufacturer's.
The buy buttons are affiliate links. We earn a commission from Amazon, and from Flipkart through Cuelinks, when you buy after following one. It does not change your price or our verdict. The detail is on our affiliate disclosure.
An account is optional and is created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for the Google account you sign in with. Keep your use of ZuPick lawful, do not try to break or overload it, and do not scrape it wholesale — the catalogue, the scores and the written verdicts are ours.
You can delete your account and everything attached to it at any time: delete your account.
ZuPick uses YouTube API Services to show review videos on phone pages. By using ZuPick you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Your use of YouTube content within ZuPick is also subject to Google's privacy policy, at policies.google.com/privacy.
ZuPick is provided as it is, without warranty. We are not liable for a price that had changed by the time you reached the shop, for stock that had gone, for a specification a source got wrong, for a delivery, a defect or a warranty claim, or for a phone you were disappointed by. Those sit with the shop and the manufacturer. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
We may change ZuPick, or these terms, and the date at the top says when the terms last moved. Continuing to use ZuPick after a change means you accept it.
