The ZuPick verdict
The vivo V80 5G gets a lot right, especially battery life, display smoothness and selfie hardware. The trade-off is that it does not deliver the all-round flagship package buyers usually expect above ₹60,000, particularly in performance and charging features.

Pros & cons
The 7200 mAh battery is far larger than what most premium phones offer. It should comfortably outlast typical flagship rivals, especially for travel, streaming and long workdays.
Its AMOLED screen runs at 144 Hz and the 1260x2750 resolution stays sharp for reading, video and gaming. Scrolling and animations should feel quicker than the usual 120 Hz crowd.
A 50 MP front camera is unusually strong for this class. It suits video calls, social content and high-detail selfies better than many premium alternatives.
The rear setup includes a dedicated telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. That gives you more flexibility for portraits and distant subjects than phones that rely only on main-camera cropping.
Wireless charging is expected at this price, and missing it is a real drawback. Many rivals above ₹60,000 offer it as standard convenience.
It scores about 1.36 million on AnTuTu, which is fine for everyday use but modest for this price. Buyers spending flagship money can get much stronger gaming and long-term performance elsewhere.
128 GB storage feels tight in a premium phone, especially with 4K video and large games. UFS 3.1 is also a step behind the faster storage many rivals now use.
