The ZuPick verdict
The vivo V70 5G balances an excellent display, long-lasting battery, durable construction and useful 3x zoom. Its near-₹60,000 price exposes compromises in processing speed, wireless charging and ultrawide quality.

Pros & cons
The 1260x2750 AMOLED display is sharper than Full HD rivals, while its 5000-nit peak brightness aids outdoor visibility. A 120 Hz refresh rate keeps scrolling and animations smooth.
The 6500 mAh battery delivered about 15 hours 37 minutes in testing. Its 90 W charging can refill from 20% to 100% in around 40 minutes.
The dedicated 50 MP telephoto camera provides 3x optical zoom, helping preserve facial detail across a room. Optical stabilisation also supports steadier low-light photos.
IP68 and IP69 protection provides unusually strong resistance to water and dust. The 7.59 mm glass-backed body remains relatively slim despite the large battery.
Charging requires a cable, an obvious omission at ₹59,999. Many premium rivals offer wireless charging for desks, bedside stands and compatible cars.
The 8 MP ultrawide is far less ambitious than the two 50 MP rear cameras. Fine detail and low-light quality are unlikely to match rivals with 50 MP ultrawides.
An AnTuTu result of about 1.4 million is adequate rather than exceptional for ₹59,999. Buyers focused on demanding games can find considerably faster alternatives.
