Is the iQOO Z10R 5G worth buying at ₹18,772?

Yes — at ₹18,772 the iQOO Z10R 5G is worth considering, scoring 3.5 out of 5 against other phones at this price. It is strongest on display and weakest on value for money. That is the lowest we have recorded for it.

The ZuPick verdict

3.5out of 5
ConsiderBest at display, weakest at value.

The iQOO Z10R 5G is a balanced upper-midrange phone with a good display, dependable battery life and a capable main camera. It makes sense if you want an all-rounder, but it does not lead this price range in raw value.

Performance3.3
It scores about 666,000 on AnTuTu, which puts it around the middle of this category. With 8 GB RAM, UFS 2.2 storage and 5G, it feels solid for daily use and casual gaming, but heavier games are not its standout area.
Camera3.4
The camera setup is respectable rather than exceptional. The 50 MP main camera with OIS, f/1.79 aperture, 4K60 video and a 32 MP selfie camera give it a good base, but the lack of a zoom lens limits flexibility.
Display3.9
This is a good screen for the money. The AMOLED panel, 120 Hz refresh rate and 1080x2392 resolution deliver smooth motion and sharp enough detail, while peak brightness of 1800 nits helps outdoors.
Battery3.6
Battery life is a clear strength, with 5700 mAh giving it more stamina than many rivals. Charging at 44W is decent, though not especially quick in this price range.
Value3.0
At ₹27099, it offers a well-rounded package rather than standout value. You get a strong display, big battery and useful camera stabilization, but the price leaves less room for compromise on charging speed and storage class.

Pros & cons

What’s good
Strong display quality

The curved AMOLED panel, Full HD resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate give it the kind of screen buyers expect here. Peak brightness of 1800 nits also helps with outdoor visibility.

Reliable all-day battery

The 5700 mAh battery is comfortably above the usual 5000 mAh mark. It is built for a full day of heavy use and can stretch further with lighter use.

Balanced main camera

The 50 MP main camera with OIS and an f/1.79 lens is a solid setup for everyday photography. It should deliver steadier low-light shots and cleaner video than basic 50 MP cameras without stabilization.

Good everyday speed

It scores about 666,000 on AnTuTu, around the middle of what this price buys. App switching, social media, streaming and regular gaming should feel smooth, though this is not a top-tier gaming phone.

Excellent water resistance

IP68 and IP69 protection is a real plus in this range. It adds peace of mind against rain, splashes and rougher day-to-day use.

What’s not
Charging is only average

44W charging is serviceable rather than quick for this price. A full charge in about 78 minutes is fine, but several rivals refill faster.

Storage feels dated

UFS 2.2 storage keeps daily use smooth enough, but installs, game loading and large file transfers are not as snappy as the better-equipped phones in this bracket.

Secondary camera adds little

The 2 MP depth camera does not meaningfully expand what the phone can shoot. You are mainly buying this for the main camera, not for camera versatility.

No NFC support

That limits tap-to-pay convenience and a few accessory use cases. It is not essential for everyone, but it is a useful extra that some rivals offer.

Been using iqoo z10r since months now and I can say it's battery performance is so good , performance is also good to this price and for multimedia it has a great 10 bit amoled quad curved display which looks premium and is bright enough, Even though it has a single usable camera but it gets the job done

Yes , speakers quality is good and they're dual stereo speakers so even better

r/IQOO_Indiau/Ace_maple · 5 mo ago

It isn't that curved to be worried, it's quad curved (very slightly curved from all the four sides )and this has became quite common among many devices and the screen protector are easily available (noticed this as I am an iqoo z10r user)

Z11x has an LCD flat display which isnt good by any chance , only thing better in z11x is the battery that's it, even the processor is same in both , z11x is nerfed and overpriced in my opinion
