My previous phone was Redmi Note 11. It worked for 4 years and did what I wanted it to. Fast and snappy. The screen went bad so I bought a Realme 14x 5g.

The ZuPick verdict
The Realme 14x 5G stands out for battery life, charging speed and durability, while keeping everyday performance comfortably usable. Its weaker display sharpness and modest cameras stop it from being an easy top pick, but it still makes sense for buyers who care more about endurance than multimedia quality.

Pros & cons
The 6000 mAh battery is a real strength, and the tested 22h 41m endurance is far better than what many rivals manage. It is built to last through heavy days with room to spare.
45W charging is among the quicker options in this price range. It cuts down waiting time and makes the big battery easier to live with.
The 120Hz screen makes scrolling, app switching and general navigation feel fluid. Day-to-day use feels more responsive than on basic 60Hz phones.
It scores about 422,000 on AnTuTu, which is enough for daily apps, streaming and casual gaming without much trouble. 5G support also keeps it current for the next few years.
IP68 and IP69 protection is rare at this price. It adds peace of mind if you use your phone outdoors or in rougher conditions.
The 720x1604 display is noticeably less sharp than Full HD rivals in this price range. Text and video do not look as crisp as they should at ₹16,999.
The 50 MP main camera is fine for daylight shots, but 1080p at 30 fps and the lack of stabilisation limit it for low light and video. The 8 MP selfie camera is also fairly modest.
Peak brightness of 625 nits is usable, but it is not especially strong for harsh sunlight. Outdoor visibility is serviceable rather than impressive.
What owners say
From RedditFirstly I hate how the torch works in Realme. The torch button is a V or volume down when screen is off? Which idiot thought of this why hasn't this been rectified.
The fingerprint scanner lags randomly. It would be working fine one moment, but a minute later it would refuse to acknowledge that I am trying to open my phone.
The device lags randomly. I don't even game. I'll be using WhatsApp or Chrome and the back or switch button would become unresponsive for a few seconds.
I spent 15 thousand INR on this piece of crap.
I bought the 14x version for my 11 year old nephew, price € 139 8 / 12 GB 256 GB internal memory, dual sim and memory expansion slot, updated to UI 6, a beautiful smartphone that lacks nothing and has nothing to envy from higher class ones.
Omg yes, your actually correct. But, I still get 5 hrs of screen time max on this phone in air conditioned surroundings and light gaming and browsing
