From RedditYes.... Have iPhone 13 and 12 at home and they use my phone for the pics... It's awesome... However video quality of iPhone at times will be better than samsung... IPhone pics are more realistic in some situations though.. Low light pics in iPhone are better in most of the cases.. but overall for pics - my vote is for samsung...video in Samsung isn't bad but iPhone videos are good too.. asphalt 9 and cod works seamlessly.. Not much of a gamer though... No hang issues in any app I have used till now...
Ive had the phone since launch day and the issues I have now are Battery maybe 60% as long as has never gone below 20% and never gone above 100% so it should still be in great health but it's not, bottom speaker has completely taken a shit and is static, camera freezes and camera all crashes from time to time when it happens, service glitches up and I have to manually go into setting and turn off 5g service and then reenable it and if that doesn't work I have to restart the phone.
I bought it from UAE, even after changing the CSC I'm still getting very low signal strength at places where other Indian phones are getting better reception. Doesn't make sense and don't know why.
I'm using a UAE TRA version in India too, and 5g is working fine as far as I think, I even did a speed test on my 13 Pro max and s23u on 5g and the s23u speed was higher by 100mbps+
I have s23 ultra sm-s918n which is bought from seol korea and when i came back in India i realized my both indian sim which is jio and airtel not have option to use 5g even both network app says your handset is not 5g compatible but in airtel sim 5g shows up sometimes which works worse then 4g and when i researched more i found airtel has not standalone network which uses 4g radios to provide 5g network that's why my phone shows airtel 5g but standalone 5g network of both network ( jio, airtel )not supported by this korean phone which is sad now i am stuck on 4g network and bad reception it's frustrating i spend this much money to use poor 4g network
I'm trying to figure out how every review and most screenshots here say you can get one and a half days with a full charge and light use closer to two days. Yet, you have to charge yours multiple times to get through a day. Now I don't know what to believe.... Hopefully I'm one of the lucky ones that gets good battery life.
I'm getting around 10 h SoT. 5G-WQHD+120 Hz. I'm pretty chuffed with that. Night and day between S22U and S23U, with the former I was only getting close to 4 h SoT, FHD+ 60 Hz.
I love the phone. I was coming from a fold 3. The fold was great but there were a lot of small things I didn't like. The 23 ultra fixed all those things. The phone is very fast and battery is great. My only issue is the wifi one that will hopefully be fixed soon. Until then I'm on mobile data.
The S23 Ultra is great. The battery life is amazing, and overall it's really smooth. The only thing I wish is that they had the plus with higher resolution and s-pen compatibility, even if it doesn't come with it. I do prefer a smaller size, but I'm surprised that the size difference coming from an S9 isn't that hard to adapt to.
