I had got the S23 FE during the flipkart sale 3 months ago , since then i only have regret! And I am saying this as someone who wanted to trust Samsung brand over “chinese” ones. Sadly my experience has rather been better with redmi mobiles which i had overlooked.

The ZuPick verdict
The Galaxy S23 FE offers a versatile camera system, durable construction and premium conveniences, but it gives up too much battery life, charging speed, display sharpness and performance against similarly priced alternatives.

Pros & cons
The dedicated 3x optical zoom keeps distant subjects and portraits clearer than digital cropping. Optical stabilisation also helps the main camera produce steadier low-light photos.
8K recording gives videographers extra room to crop footage, while the main, ultrawide and telephoto cameras provide useful framing choices.
IP68 water resistance, 15W wireless charging, reverse wireless charging and NFC make this a well-equipped daily phone.
Four Android updates and five years of security support make it suitable for buyers planning to keep their phone for several years.
The 4500 mAh battery lasted under 10 hours in testing, and 25W charging is slow for this price. Wireless charging adds convenience but does not compensate for the modest endurance.
Its roughly 1.1 million AnTuTu result sits behind many similarly priced phones, while UFS 3.1 storage is also a step below the fastest alternatives.
The 120Hz AMOLED panel is smooth, but its Full HD resolution and 1450-nit peak brightness fall behind sharper and brighter rivals.
At 209 grams, this 6.4-inch phone feels dense in the hand. Buyers seeking a genuinely compact and light flagship may find it cumbersome.
What owners say
From RedditIḿ sending back mine's tomorrow. The software is not optimized for the processor, we cant tweak the processor parameters/configs, so it heats up a lot, and draing very quickly. 4h SOT on the first day, 6h after optimizations (85% to 15%)
It has 5 issues , Mid or bad battery life , Overheat , Bezels , Not worth over a54 , heavy If you are fine with that , Its an awesome phone! It gets AI features , It has dex , The camera is a flagship camera , Colors are nice and .....
I am in Gurgaon (hot city) and have been using the Galaxy S23 FE for the last three weeks. Overall the phone is good. The camera is not as good as my Pixel 6a but does a good job. The battery lasts 5-6 hours of screen on time. The display is the best I have seen.
I get 14-15 hours of battery life with the s23fe while using it for media consumption and email work. The processor is great for multi tasking you get 0 lags but sometimes the heat will worry you because it does heat a bit with the case. Without the case it's normal not that hot but i have had 0 throttling issues with it.
A few months ago, I was buying a new phone, and my budget was around $600. I wanted to go for Samsung because I used Apple and Xiaomi before, and the FE series seemed like the best deal since it had 70% of everything from the flagships. But now I regret it. I should have just waited a little longer and bought the flagship.
