The Galaxy A56 5G gets a lot right in display quality, software support and everyday usability, but this price range is highly competitive. Its battery result, charging speed and mid-pack performance make it harder to recommend strongly against better-equipped alternatives.
Based on specs, expert reviews and owner discussions.30 days of recorded prices.
It has been as low as ₹949 in the period we have tracked.
Six years of OS and security updates is a major advantage if you keep phones for a long time. It gives the A56 5G a much longer useful life than most rivals.
The 6.7-inch Super AMOLED panel with 120 Hz refresh rate looks smooth and vibrant. Peak brightness of 1900 nits also helps outdoor visibility stay comfortable.
The 50 MP main camera has optical stabilisation, which helps with steadier low-light photos and less shaky video. The 12 MP ultrawide is also better than the token low-resolution cameras many phones use.
IP67 water resistance, Gorilla Glass Victus Plus and stereo speakers make the phone feel more complete day to day. These are meaningful quality-of-life extras in this class.
A 5000 mAh battery and 45W charging are merely basic for this price. Many rivals in this range offer larger batteries, much faster charging, or both.
It scores about 920,000 on AnTuTu, which is around the middle of what this price buys. Everyday use will be smooth, but stronger gaming-focused options are available.
The camera setup covers main and ultrawide shooting well enough, but there is no dedicated zoom lens. Distant subjects will not look as clean as they do on the few camera-focused rivals with optical zoom.
Its good actually more than i expected since i have a fear of exynos 😭 battery(last 10/12hr on 5g) display(colour and fps smooth) performance(stable 30fps on games like division resurgence) all enough for me as i do casual gaming...camera i dont use often but seems fine to me
One ui doesnt feel smooth in there budget phones i have used many samsung phones they have the same story.
I’ve been using the Samsung A56 5G for about a month now, and this is actually my first time using a Samsung phone. Overall, I can say that I’m a satisfied user, especially considering I got it for just 15k pesos (Philippine peso) or $250.
My only complaints is that it's too big, other than that it's fairly good phone, worth the price.
The battery life on the A56 is excellent. I have no dislikes. It's just a great all rounder. I can't comment on the A57, but the A56 was the better value buy when I bought it roughly 3 months ago.
I don’t think I’m going to say anything about the A56 5G that hasn’t already been covered in detail in other online reviews. That said, I think I can safely say I’m more impressed with this mid-range Galaxy offering than a LOT of other people.
I had Galaxy A34 before so everything is an upgrade to me so YEAH, i am happy most of the time. Although one issue i faced is network related, when i am trying to call someone and the call doesn't go.
Very happy. Great performance, reliable software, and better than expected battery life from its 5000mah battery.
For the 200$ price I paid for brand new 256gb model, its a great backup phone. Superb screen, 45w charging, esim support, great battery life and 5G..its the best value!
I know right it is probably the horrible smartphone ever. Never expected the cruel performance by galaxy A56 powered by exynos 1580 chipset is simple terrible! I never expected that.
