The ZuPick verdict
The Poco X6 5G gets the basics right with a sharp display, fast charging and a dependable main camera, while keeping the price attractive. Its main compromise is performance, which is decent but not especially strong for this range.

Pros & cons
The 1220x2712 AMOLED panel is sharper than the Full HD screens many rivals use, and 1800 nits of peak brightness helps outdoors. HDR10+ support also makes streaming look richer.
The 5100 mAh battery is paired with 67W charging, so top-ups are quick and easy to fit into a busy day. A full charge in about 44 minutes is a real convenience.
The 64 MP main camera gets OIS, which helps with steadier low-light shots and smoother video. 4K at 30 fps adds flexibility for travel clips and casual content creation.
With 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage at this price, it gives you plenty of room for apps, photos and games. The higher variants also make it easier to keep the phone longer.
At 181.2 grams and 8.25 mm, it stays comfortable for long use. You also get IP54 splash resistance, which adds some everyday peace of mind.
It scores about 594,000 on AnTuTu, which is below the stronger performers in this price range. Everyday use is smooth, but heavier games need more modest settings.
UFS 2.2 storage is fine for daily use, but app installs, large file transfers and game loading are not as quick as the best phones around this budget.
The ultra-wide is useful in daylight, but the extra cameras do not add much beyond occasional use. Zoom is digital, so distant shots lose detail.
What owners say
From RedditI have been using it for 9 months, so far no problem. No noticeable bugs or lags in software. Not much to complain about software except for ads and bloatware which is manageable. The display and multimedia experience is great, camera is average, performance is decent with a decent battery backup.
I've had an X6 5g non Pro version for over a year now. Great phone for what you want, never gave me the slightest problem.
I had the x6 for 4 weeks I am not a heavy gamer more social media post and stuff but it's worth it for me because it has a longer battery life compare to my Nord 2t and I have more storage 12 256 gigs so I am pretty happy with it
I got the X6 5G, 12Gb and 512Gb ROM model, I'm loving it so far, it has an IR receiver built in, Oled Display, Headphone jack, Stereo audio, Fast charging (Phone goes to 100 in a hour), and most importantly a Snapdragon Processor!
Camera is amazing (its pretty good, don't let others discourage you by saying its horrible or something). The downsides for me were only the bloated OS, but i managed to fix it with Universal Android Debloater!
Overall - 6/10 Heats a lot in gaming Notification panel, side panel sometimes lags Camera is okaish Battery life is poor UI is not smooth sometimes, no new visual changes While gaming it heats a lot and starts to throttle within 30 min (genshin impact)
Still running fine . I am not gamer so I use only maps, browser , YouTube and videos and dont have any lags in anything thats why I wanted so powerful phone because I had Redmi Note 7 and it was bad after 4 years of use .
Bought in 2024, worked well on every front except the one thing - it lagged/frozen A LOT.
