It's what it is. For its price, you can't expect more imo. I know the battery life is quite a weak point, but this is the reality of all the phones with powerful processors. About the heating, I haven't experienced any issues yet, but I don't play heavy games tbf.

The ZuPick verdict
The POCO F6 5G is built around speed, a very good display and fast charging, and it does those jobs well. Its weaker points are battery endurance versus newer big-battery rivals and a camera setup that stops short of true enthusiast territory.

Pros & cons
It scores about 1.5 million on AnTuTu, which is comfortably above what most phones at this price deliver. That translates to fast app launches, smooth multitasking and excellent gaming headroom.
The AMOLED panel runs at 120 Hz and the 1220x2712 resolution is sharper than the Full HD screens many rivals still use. Peak brightness of 2400 nits also helps outdoors.
The 5000 mAh battery is paired with 90W charging, so top-ups are genuinely fast. It is the kind of phone you can plug in briefly and get meaningful battery back.
UFS 4.0 storage keeps installs, file transfers and app loading snappy. You also get NFC, stereo speakers and Wi-Fi 6E, which round out the experience well.
The 5000 mAh battery is fine for a full day, but endurance is not a standout against rivals that push well beyond this capacity. Heavy users may still want an evening top-up.
The main camera is solid and optical stabilisation helps in low light, but there is no telephoto lens. That limits portrait reach and cleaner long-distance shots.
IP64 is useful for splashes and dust, but it is not the stronger sealing some alternatives offer. Buyers keeping a phone for years may want better protection.
What owners say
From RedditIt is hard to disagree with what you say. I'm using Poco F6 and I don't play very heavy games. The strange thing for me is that I play clash of clans and archero, during this time the battery consumption is good. But in a normal usage scenario, like apps like reddit and chrome, the phone literally eats the battery.
I regret it just for the battery life and throttling however that would not be the case with the lower x4 pro.
