The ZuPick verdict
The Nothing Phone 3 gets a lot right for its price: a standout display, balanced cameras, strong performance and a long software commitment. Its main trade-off is that the zoom and charging are good rather than class-leading.

Pros & cons
The 6.67-inch AMOLED screen combines 1260x2800 resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and 4500 nits peak brightness. It looks sharp, feels fluid and stays easy to read outdoors.
You get a rare triple 50 MP rear system with ultrawide and 3x periscope zoom, plus 4K60 video. That gives it more flexibility than many rivals near this price.
It scores about 1.93 million on AnTuTu, which is comfortably flagship-level for smooth multitasking and demanding apps. UFS 4.0 storage also helps apps install and open quickly.
The 5500 mAh battery is larger than many premium phones, and 65W charging is fast enough to feel convenient day to day. Wireless charging is here too, which matters at this price.
Five years of OS updates and seven years of security updates make it a safer long-term buy than many Android rivals. That matters if you plan to keep the phone for several years.
The periscope camera reaches 3x optical zoom, which is useful, but premium rivals in this range can stretch to 5x. If distant subjects matter, this is the main compromise.
65W charging is solid, but some alternatives refill faster. For a phone positioned this close to the flagship tier, it is good rather than standout.
At 218 grams, it is not the easiest premium phone to use one-handed for long stretches. Buyers who prefer a lighter feel may notice it quickly.
