I have an infinix hot 30i was working grate until last software update on on march 2025, the OS started to be so buggy and having a lot of ghost touch issues, factory reset it, removed screen protector nothing works
Only way to get over this ghosting issue is to close the phone (not fully shutdown) and re open it, but ofc ghosting will appear again. Customer service sucks they don't reply on social media / email.

Op don't. Please don't update it to XOS 13 it sucks and it will make your phone lag
Avoid Infinix it have some sort of motherboard problem my hot 30i started restarting by it own multiple time
