The ZuPick verdict

3.2out of 5
ConsiderBest at battery, weakest at camera.

This is a balanced premium phone with standout long-term support, a bright display, good battery life and useful extras like wireless charging and IP68 protection. It gives up too much on zoom and top-end performance to lead the class, but it still makes sense for the right buyer.

Based on specs, expert reviews and owner discussions.
Performance3.2
It scores about 1.4 million on AnTuTu, which puts it around the middle of the pack here rather than near the top. UFS 3.1 storage is fine, and seven years of updates adds long-term value, but raw power is not a standout strength.
Camera2.5
The main camera and 13 MP ultrawide should cover everyday shooting well, and 4K60 video is a proper premium feature. The big limitation is zoom, because there is no telephoto camera while many rivals at this price offer 3x or better optical reach.
Display3.4
The 120 Hz OLED panel is smooth and peak brightness of 3000 nits is strong for outdoor use. The main trade-off is the 1080x2424 resolution, which is less sharp than the 1.5K and QHD+ screens some rivals offer.
Battery3.7
A 5100 mAh battery, nearly 14 hours of tested battery life and wireless charging make this a well-rounded battery setup. The weak spot is 45W charging, which is slower than many alternatives in this price range.
Value2.9
At ₹53794, this phone is priced like a serious premium option. It gives you long software support, wireless charging and IP68 protection, but the lack of a telephoto camera and only mid-pack performance make the value less convincing than the best buys nearby.

Pros & cons

What’s good
Long software support

Seven years of OS and security updates is among the best promises at this price. It makes the phone much easier to keep for four years or more without feeling left behind.

Bright smooth display

The 120 Hz OLED panel feels fluid in daily use, and peak brightness of 3000 nits helps a lot outdoors. It is a strong screen even if some rivals go sharper than Full HD.

Wireless charging included

Wireless charging is still not standard across this price range, so having it here is a real convenience win. You also get 45W wired charging for quicker top-ups.

Solid everyday endurance

A 5100 mAh battery paired with nearly 14 hours of tested battery life points to dependable all-day use. It is a reassuring setup for work, travel and heavy messaging.

Premium durability touches

IP68 water resistance adds peace of mind that many buyers expect in this class. It helps the phone feel properly premium rather than just expensive.

What’s not
No telephoto camera

You only get the main and ultrawide cameras, so zoomed shots rely on cropping. At this price, that is a meaningful compromise against phones with proper 3x or 5x optical zoom.

Performance is mid-pack

It scores about 1.4 million on AnTuTu, which is fine but not standout here. Rivals in this range can be noticeably stronger for gaming and heavier long-term workloads.

Full HD resolution only

The 1080x2424 screen is sharp enough, but many competitors around this price now offer 1.5K panels. You are not getting one of the class-leading displays on detail.

Charging is not class-leading

45W charging is usable, but this is a premium bracket where much faster charging is common. Buyers who care about very quick top-ups will find better options.

Hi everyone I upgraded from my pixel 6a to a pixel 10a and I just have to say, what an upgrade lol. The 10a is amazing, battery life is great, I just wish that they did not pull a iPhone 14 a15 apple move and upgraded the chip from the g4 to the g5 I feel like I bought the pixel 9a but still great phone.

It’s great, the screen quality is noticeably better and it’s faster with apps and such, also 120 hertz makes it feel faster overall.

It does 95% of what fancier, more expensive phones do in a simpler, lighter form factor, with good battery. Personally, I like the look & feel of it better than most phones anyway.
