I also have redmi 10 prime 2022 model same features as you mentioned but I would advise not to buy this phone. It will lag after few months and I play only 1 game clash of clan and it wasn't able to start that game and was crashing very frequently. I had to reset the phone then only it worked.
Redmi 10 does have ufs but i have used it for almost 10 months with no gaming and it has become quite slow in opening apps.
Phones in these ranges don't last till 5 years you may expect at most 4 years with good maintenance, also no Waterproof rating in this range so use with care. Also go for atleast 6gb of ram because you want your phone to last phone (don't buy a phone with 4gb). Iqoo "Z6 5g" is a good option for you. It is exactly 15k (14,999). Around 10k --> Redmi 10 prime 2022.
