1Tried the vivo Y19 5G recently and wow clean design, 5G, and a 90Hz display under ₹13K? Dimensity 6300 keeps things snappy for Netflix and casual games. Plus, it survived a rain splash thanks to the IP64 rating. Easily a top pick for students.

1The vivo Y19 5G powered by mediatek might be the sleeper hit of 2025’s budget segment. Sure, the camera’s basic, but with AI modes, it works fine for socials. Add in microSD support, dual SIM, and a big battery and this becomes a no-brainer for anyone upgrading on a tight budget.
