I bought Realme Narzo 80 Lite for my mom, because it was a cheap and mid level phone. But it turned out to be an absolute brick, can't even make calls in it. Now we have to replace it at 6 months usage.

The ZuPick verdict
This phone focuses on battery life and basic everyday practicality, but too many core areas fall behind what buyers should expect around this price. It makes sense only for very specific users who care far more about endurance than speed, display sharpness or future-ready connectivity.

Pros & cons
The 6300 mAh battery is the standout here. It should comfortably last a full day of heavy use and can stretch well into a second day with lighter use.
Despite the big battery, the phone stays fairly slim at 7.94 mm. That makes it easier to carry and hold than many other large-battery phones.
The 90 Hz screen makes scrolling through apps and social media feel smoother than a basic 60 Hz panel. It helps everyday use feel a bit more responsive.
You still get a side fingerprint sensor, 3.5 mm headphone jack, expandable storage and IP54 splash resistance. These are practical extras for daily use.
At ₹13,680, being limited to 4G is a major drawback. Most buyers in this range should expect 5G for better long-term value and network flexibility.
The 720x1600 screen is noticeably less sharp than Full HD rivals in this price range. Text, fine details and video do not look as crisp.
The 13 MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture is built for simple daylight shots. Low-light photos and video quality are modest, and there is little headroom for more demanding use.
15W charging is on the slower side for this segment, especially with such a large battery. eMMC storage also means app installs and loading times feel slower than UFS-based rivals.
What owners say
From RedditBhai don't buy any realme phone except the GT series please! Realme degrades their phone with software updates. Please look into cmf phone as they are great and reliable
Im using m06 ignore it if you can buddy, go for p4 lite instead. Its much better than m06 and narzo 80lite
Both the realme uses eMMC storage, don't bother. Samsung is fine, but I doubt if you can get it in that budget. Check the seller if he is selling at or under that price.
Realme is good, but absolutely avoid the Narzo 100 lite, Narzo 90 & 90x, Narzo 80 lite, P4x and P4 lite.
