6I recently bought Realme Narzo 50A Prime at the start of the month and got a software update today. My phone that I normally use to play genshin yesterday can't even start the game now.

1Yesterday when I start genshin I can play really smooth even in medium graphics. But today after updating the software last night even walking is so laggy in low graphics even though I have green ping and the game will automatically stop working and kick me after a few seconds of playing.

Hi, Do you guys know is there any case for (in title) and where I can buy it with shipment to europe? I buy 3 cases and none od them are for my phone actually because they suppose to be realme c35/narzo 50a prime, but for me all of them are qtoo small about ~1mm on every "direction".

Today I received my Realme Narzo 50A Prime phone from amazon. I thought i would copy the files from my computer to the new phone via USB. When i connected the phone through USB to my PC, there was no popup of "Transfer files" on my phone.

1My Narzo 50A Prime was working fine, but after I restarted it, the screen went completely black and it stopped responding altogether. I've tried charging it, turning it on, and holding the power button with volume up/down, but there's zero reaction.
