The ZuPick verdict
The realme narzo 100 Lite 5G is mainly about battery life, smooth scrolling and dependable daily use. It makes sense if endurance matters most, but its display sharpness, charging speed and cameras are weaker than what many alternatives offer around ₹17,970.

Pros & cons
The 7000 mAh battery is the standout here. It is built for very long days of calling, streaming and browsing, and lighter users can stretch it much further than most phones in this price range.
The 144 Hz refresh rate makes scrolling and app navigation feel very fluid. It gives the phone a snappier feel in daily use than many rivals that stop at 90 Hz or 120 Hz.
It scores about 528,000 on AnTuTu, which is solid for this price. Everyday apps, social media, video streaming and casual gaming should run comfortably, with 5G support ready for faster mobile data.
You get 64 GB or 128 GB storage options along with expandable storage. That is useful for buyers who keep offline videos, photos and music on the phone.
The 720x1570 screen is noticeably less sharp than Full HD rivals in this price range. Text and video will look acceptable, but not as crisp as better displays around this budget.
The 13 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera are entry-level for this segment. Daylight shots are usable, but detail, low-light quality and selfies are behind stronger camera phones at this price.
A battery this large takes time to refill with 15W charging. It is fine for overnight charging, but not ideal if you often need a quick top-up before heading out.
eMMC 5.1 storage is slower than the UFS storage many rivals offer here. App installs, large file transfers and game loading can feel less responsive over time.
