The ZuPick verdict
The realme GT 7T gets a lot right for the money: excellent battery life, very good performance, a strong display and premium durability. Its main compromise is camera versatility, so it makes most sense for buyers who care more about speed and endurance than zoom photography.

Pros & cons
The 7000 mAh battery is far bigger than most phones in this price range, and 120W charging keeps the size from becoming a hassle. It is built for heavy use days without battery anxiety.
It scores about 1.8 million on AnTuTu, which is comfortably above what many phones at this price deliver. UFS 4.0 storage also helps apps, games and large file transfers feel quick.
The AMOLED panel runs at 120 Hz and reaches a quoted 6000 nits peak brightness, so it looks vivid and stays easy to read outdoors. The 1280x2800 resolution is also sharper than plain Full HD screens.
IP68 and IP69 protection is a real plus at this price, especially for buyers who keep phones for years. It adds peace of mind around rain, dust and accidental exposure to water.
Four Android version updates and six years of security updates are solid for a long-term buy. That gives it a better ownership story than many performance-focused rivals.
There is no dedicated zoom lens here, which matters in a segment where many rivals offer 2x, 3x or even longer optical zoom. Distant subjects will not look as clean as they do on better camera-focused alternatives.
At this price, wireless charging is no longer rare. This phone is cable only, which feels like a clear omission in a premium comparison.
The 8 MP ultrawide covers the essentials, but it is not a standout setup for a phone in this bracket. Rivals with stronger secondary cameras will give you more consistent results across lenses.
What owners say
From RedditFollowing days - Phone worked very smooth, responsive ui - 120w charging is a blessing - everything worked great, no freezes or stutters, apps were open for a long time in the bg exactly how I wanted - good haptics, quick unlock with face and/or fp
Some problems i noticed - flash is not the brightest, even after having two leds, mom's 15k (2024bought) Samsung has a single brighter led - not quite a problem but you need to know, yea the phone does get a little more hot
I'm genuinely happy with this camera setup at this price point. It does way better than my old pixel 7 pro which is only phone I can currently compare to. Plenty of features but forget about zooming in.
Selfie for my surprise is among the best I've tried so far. Although it exceeded my expectations video recording is smooth, stable and good performing but noticably darker than the pictures so there's a bit of optimization to be done.
Camera - I'm a little disappointed. Not tested thoroughly but I have some bad glitches in 60 fps when moving around. Tested 1080p, 1080p ultra steady and 4k. Photos are ok but not super good.
Battery drain was like 12-15% every hour depending on what I was doing in game (Don't forget arknight endfield is a high end game) . But currently I feel I am getting less backup now . Mostly I am scrolling yt/reddit or play chess/coc
