All comments I see are bots, I myself own a oppo a18 not glazing but the UI is smooth other than that I would not buy this phone there are many budget phones you can buy that are better than this in terms of both performance and camera, at the end of the day it's just my opinion.... Hope this helps

The ZuPick verdict
The battery, 90Hz scrolling and practical extras are useful, but weak performance, basic cameras, low screen sharpness and 4G-only connectivity outweigh those strengths.

Pros & cons
The 5000 mAh battery should comfortably handle a full day of calls, messaging, browsing and video.
The 90Hz refresh rate makes menus, social feeds and webpages feel smoother than a basic 60Hz screen.
Storage expansion up to 1TB, a headphone jack and a side fingerprint reader add convenience. IPX4 splash protection also helps with minor spills.
At ₹17,900, being limited to 4G is a major drawback. Many similarly priced phones support faster 5G networks.
The 720x1612 LCD screen is noticeably less detailed than Full HD alternatives, especially when reading small text or watching video.
The MediaTek Helio G85, 4GB of memory and eMMC storage can feel sluggish during multitasking, app installation and demanding games.
The 8MP rear camera is best kept to casual daylight shots, while the 5MP front camera captures limited selfie detail.
What owners say
From Reddityea those bots are 100% WRONG. i use oppo a18 and its kinda shit. the camera is horrible, it overheats contantly, and the gaming performance is below average (i love gaming so this is the biggest concern). Helio G85 is a BAD CHIPSET. it can only run light games and struggles alot with heavy games like Genshin, reaching at most 40fps with ALOT OF FRAME DROPS.
couple of my friends just got new phones, one's got a Poco X6 and another a Redmi Note 13, and ngl the specs for the price are kind of mind blowing right now. like 120Hz screens and decent cameras for so cheap. but my A18 still does literally everything I need, calls, texting, insta, youtube, no issues really.
Been checking out the market for a decent upgrade sa Oppo A18 ko gawa ng bumabagal na sya ng malala. For instance, pag may tumawag, 10 seconds bago mag flash sa screen ung answer or decline buttons pero nagvi vibrate sya agad. Tried resetting na to factory settings pero mabagal pa din.
I tested the camera at home and it didn't work properly in places with low or unevenly distributed lighting. It's night mode doesn't even work. All the images are blurry, especially in low lighting. The images lack clarity due to low pixel count.
