Reason why I have picked the regular Razr. I don't feel we have made enough progress when it comes to battery tech and heat management to be pushing all these applicatios which are becoming more and more resource hungry. Not surprised...It has no cooling chamber, unlike the other iphones. I was on a Whatsapp call ( video) while driving home today, on Android auto....and after 30 min, my Razr ( regular) just cut the phone call and was super hot...couldn't do anything for 15 min...
I love it so far. can't complain. also waiting for Clicks keyboards to restock so I can add a physical keyboard and use it like a Blackberry (yeah, I'm old. lol). If this one holds up, then i can see me sticking with Motorola for the next few phones
I'm enjoying it alot. I do about the same things. The charging speeds are really fast, especially if you're using their maximum wattage cables. I had a Pixel 9XL and a Galaxy S25+ before this. I love that the UI is a mix of stock Google and a bit of Samsung without too much bloatware... The 5g connection is solid and reliable.
I have the the Razr 2024 and mine fell with a case on in from about two feet. I didn't know it at the time but the hinge broke so when I opened it, it cracked the screen. The entire top bottom half of the screen was dead... But be mindful that my phone had a hard case and only fell no more than two feet with the hinge breaking.
Most Banking apps and UPI don't work properly on the front screen, please know this. Reddit is too difficult to use on the front screen, so the only thing that would work for you is YT. I'd suggest you don't buy this phone. I'm regretting it! Also typing on it is difficult too.
Picked up this Razr 60 in Parfait Pink for $600 AUD ($430US) on a clearance sale along with a pixel watch 3 for $250 AUD. Upgraded from an iPhone 15 Pro Max which was boot looping. I'm in love with the outer display, how many small useful features Android has and the battery on this thing is amazing.
