The ZuPick verdict

4.0out of 5

BuyBest at performance, weakest at value.

This is a powerful and unusually complete phone with a sharp display, excellent speed, versatile cameras, fast charging and strong water resistance. Modest tested endurance and upper-limit pricing are its main compromises.

Based on specs, expert reviews and owner discussions.

Performance4.7

It achieves about 1.44 million on AnTuTu, well above what most phones at this price manage. The combination of 8 GB RAM, UFS 4.0 storage and 5G delivers excellent gaming, multitasking and application-loading performance.

Camera3.8

The 50 MP main camera combines OIS with an f/1.8 aperture, while the 3x optical telephoto camera gives it a meaningful advantage for portraits and distant subjects. The 50 MP selfie camera is detailed, although 4K recording is limited to 30 fps.

Display4.3

The curved OLED panel, exceptionally high 4500-nit peak brightness and sharp 1220x2712 resolution deliver an excellent viewing experience. Its 120 Hz refresh rate is smooth, though ordinary among similarly priced phones.

Battery3.7

The 6000 mAh capacity and 90W charging are strong, with a 20–100% refill taking about 36 minutes. Tested endurance of 8 hours 27 minutes is considerably less impressive, keeping it below the best long-lasting options.

Value2.6

The performance, display, telephoto camera and premium extras help justify ₹29,999. However, the 8 GB/256 GB configuration is priced at the top of the budget, reducing its appeal for buyers seeking maximum hardware per rupee.

Pros & cons

What’s good

Sharp bright curved OLED

The 1220x2712 curved OLED screen is sharper than the Full HD panels most rivals use. Peak brightness of 4500 nits keeps outdoor visibility strong, while 120 Hz makes scrolling fluid.

Excellent everyday speed

The Dimensity 8350 Extreme handles demanding games and heavy multitasking comfortably. UFS 4.0 storage keeps application installs, loading and file transfers quick.

Versatile triple camera

The 50 MP main camera has OIS, while the 50 MP ultra-wide adds flexibility for landscapes. A rare 3x optical telephoto camera captures distant subjects with more detail than digital zoom.

Fast charging package

The 6000 mAh battery combines with 90W charging, reaching 20–100% in about 36 minutes. It also supports convenient 15W wireless charging.

Strong practical extras

IP68 and IP69 protection provide excellent resistance against water and dust. NFC, stereo speakers and Wi-Fi 6E add everyday convenience.

What’s not

Endurance trails battery size

Tested battery life of 8 hours 27 minutes is modest despite the large 6000 mAh capacity. Heavy users may need an evening top-up, though the 90W charger makes that quick.

Costs the full budget

At ₹29,999, the 8 GB/256 GB version sits at the upper limit of this buying range. Its hardware is strong, but shoppers focused strictly on savings can find cheaper alternatives.

Storage stays fixed

The 256 GB base capacity is generous for applications and photos. However, there is no microSD expansion for buyers who keep large offline media libraries.
