iQOO 12 5G

Off late I have seen few posts where people have been enquiring about the IQOO 12 and some of them even waiting for a sale to purchase it. I would like to leave my review from personal experience here, if it might help someone make their purchase decision.

I'm using A iqoo phone. & latest android . funtoch is . Simple dog shit. even android 6 was better than this. Amount of apps that you can't uninstall is endless .

Yes you can take iqoo 12 5g, i have been using this from July 2024 to till now and it's working absolutely fine and I do causual gaming on High settings don't face any lag or gitter or anything

I've been using iqoo 12 for more than a year, it's a very good phone. Good performance, cameras are also surprisingly very good. Funtouchos is but feature rich, but I've installed nova official launch for the stock android feel.

No. FTOS15 is actually smooth, no issues noted till now. Check my post history in case you need detailed answers on FTOS15. April update, camera has some slight yellow tinge and focus issues beyond 10x.

battery life solid 10hrs SOT indoor usage WiFi. 8hrs max usage, HBM, 5G++, BT, GPS. yet to notice any heating and I am outside in scorching heat 80% of the daytime.

Software update are very bad as after update heating and battery issues are there with no worthy feature increment ...why should I be scared to update my phone after spending 35k that's literally BS.

I’m using an iQOO 12—I bought it in March 2025 because Samsung models were out of stock at that time. Before this, I used a Samsung Galaxy J6.

But with the iQOO 12, I faced battery drain problems—it drops from 100% to 95% within 30 minutes without usage. It improved after the OriginOS 6 update, but there are still many bugs like heating, battery draining

For Bgmi the phone isn't worth it bro not only iQOO 12 all the iQOO phones after 1-2 major OS updates run on lower frame rates due to performance throttling. U will never get stable fps in Balanced mode.
