I just bought this phone for myself actually! It's been a month of almost all day usage and I can say that (as someone who uses their phone HEAVILY) this handles all my dumb shit AND work shit well.

From RedditIt runs ML, CODM, and other light to medium-heavy games smoothly. It may have some trouble running really graphic-intensive games like Genshin or CarX Street though if you want to play those..You'll have to tweak the graphic settings if you really want to play them but yeahhh just set your expectations.
Also for the infinix bloatware stuff, good news is 90% of them are uninstallable AND all of them can be disabled at your own discretion. It's almost a full stock android experience so.. good job infinix(?)
Hi! It's been officially 1 year since I bought it and I can say it still hasn't let me down. Admittedly, the android 15 update was a bit buggy at the start, but as of august 2025 it's all good.
i have a note 40 5g the 512gb variant and ang masasabi ko ok naman sya for basic tasks pero kung gaming naman baka mabitin ka kase mediatek 7020 lang. for the camera, ok den naman magaganda ung pics and sa video ang sagad lang is 2k 30fps which is not bad.
nabibitin lang ako sa mga lockscreen customization na katulad ng hyperos ng xiaomi pati na den ung sa oled display customization but overall maganda naman sulit den kase nasa 11k lang you should try the infinix brand.
The Note 40 5G is a balanced focus phone. Great in camera, performance, screen, music, etc. while the GT pro 5g is focused on gaming.
So I'm using Infinix Note 40 5g my battery currently 56% from 91% I'm using for 3 hours is it normal? Mainly use for social media, watching movies I'm using wifi too. I noticed if using mobile data the drain is heavy too.
Just recently bought the Infinix Note 40 5G. I'm constantly worrying about the battery draining faster than I expected. Sabi sa nahanap ko to wait for the battery to calibrate with the apps used. But then just now, out nowhere, a dead pixel popped up.
Currently noticing the same batt issue with my note 40 5g and tinanggap ko na lang na baka need ko na bumili ng powerbank kasi nakaka-2 charges a day ako pag full day ko siya gamit 🥲
