Infinix Hot 12

I have an infinix hot 12. Today i tried to unlock my phone via fingerprint but it was not opening, I thought that the sensor wasn't cleaned or something then when i tried to open apps with app locks on, it didn't respond to my fingerprint but was opening through the password.

And now when i tried to go through to the setting of the mobile to remove/modify the fingerprint the setting wasn't even there😶. Please tell me it's a bug!!!

I've been having this problem for months now, I even updated my phone and did everything I saw on the internet but nothing worked My phone is Infinix hot 12

So I own a Infinix Hot​ 12 (X6817)​ it has a Side Mounted Fingerprint sensor and the option to use it disappeared one day and the thing is the power button still works so I'm confused.

I've even gotten the fingerprint sensor/power button replaced and only the power button works not the sensor. So now I'm dumbfounded on what to do to fix this without fully formatting my phone which isn't a option I'm willing to take.

I have Infinix hot 12 phone vary much better than hot 40 mobile so give android update and smooth animation gaming animation too like hot 12 other people not buying Infinix please give update for smoothness gaming experience is good 👍😊 thank you

I have been Using INFINIX Hot 12 Play for last 3 years. It's awesome experience.. Guys literally Infinix is Nailing in all the fields.. This phone is literally awesome. Gaming is smooth. Battery is still no drag.. ,, Camera after three years is still wow.

I can guarantee that the Infinix Hot 12 smartphone has amazing performance and specifications, especially considering the fantastic features and characteristics that are provided at such a low price.

Don't buy infinix, there are better options out there. This company has been known to have shady business in africa along with other smaller Chinese companies.
