The ZuPick verdict
The excellent screen sharpness, fast charging and flexible cameras keep it competitive, but performance is substantially behind current premium phones. It makes the most sense when discounted features matter more than gaming speed or long software support.

Pros & cons
The 1440x3216 curved AMOLED screen renders text, photos and video with excellent detail. Its 120 Hz refresh rate also keeps scrolling smooth.
The 5000 mAh battery supports rapid 80 W wired charging and convenient wireless charging. A full wired charge takes around 32 minutes.
The 48 MP main camera is joined by a high-resolution 50 MP ultrawide and 3.3x optical zoom. This covers landscapes, portraits and moderately distant subjects without relying entirely on digital zoom.
It records up to 8K video and includes optical stabilisation for steadier footage. Multiple focal lengths give creators more framing flexibility.
Everyday operation remains smooth, but demanding games and heavy workloads run well behind current premium phones. UFS 3.1 storage is also slower than the newer storage used by leading rivals.
Peak brightness of 1300 nits is modest for a premium phone. The screen can be harder to read under harsh sunlight than brighter contemporary alternatives.
Three years of Android updates is limited for a phone intended to be kept long term. Several premium rivals now receive considerably longer support.
