Bought Neo 10R 12+256 gb and within 2 days reported that in normal usage like talking over phone for 10-15 ,phone heats up and twice the phone went into a complete freeze.i don't play any games or watch movies on the phone still the phone hangs or heats up.no support from customer service, no replacement, both amazon and manufacturer washed their hands off.asking to leave phone at service centre, issue resolution time give as 7-14 days.worst phone ever bought.
neo 10r user here. sure it'll be an amazing phone as long as you don't update it. just stay on the software version that jt comes out of the box with. it's truly the smoothest and most stable on that version.
Phone is good I was using for 8 months now, the problem I encountered was after orgin os update - camera quality reduced a little bit and small bugs not a major issue to me btw
Don't buy after origin os 6 , the features obviously has there, but device is not fluid and responsive as before, apps crashes, battery backup and performance decreased , more heating now. 🫤🫤
If you don't install OriginOS update then it's fine. If you can get it offline then you can also try to see Nord 5, but if you can't get it then Neo 10r isn't bad.
you're talking absolute bs brother. also totally wrong information for anyone reading his comment. Neo 10 is currently facing motherboard issues alongwith camera fog. Neo 10R on the other is running perfectly fine in terms of these issues. so if anyone is planning for going with Neo 10R, i personally approve lol because I'm a Neo 10R user myself.
Do not waste money on iqoo you will cry later. Buy another brand instead, people are crying after buying it. And it has worst os.
They refuse to downgrade most of the time. If you somehow manage to convince them, they'll downgrade to the Dec-Feb update only, and those update's battery backup and performance sucks compared to what OP is getting on the out of the box software
If you play heavy games, do not update even once. You'll regret after seeing the performance drop. If you're a casual user, then you can update. Battery backup will be slightly less but good enough to last a day with light usage.
Brooo the battery drain issue now is not a big deal because of it's new trial update of August which fixed my battery drain issue i would Highly recommend you to update to 16
